SHIPPING DETAILS: Most Items will ship within 5-25 days. Purses are hand-made and may take 4-6 weeks depending on time of year.
RETURN POLICY: You may return any item, you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund minus shipping fees and up to an 5% return processing fee. (This policy is not valid for damaged items.) Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
EXCHANGE POLICY: To exchange an item for another color, size, style, or item, please contact us. Generally speaking, you will return the item to us; and, once we receive the item, we will send you the exchange item. (This policy is not valid for damaged items.)
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN / EXCHANGE: Please contact us. At that point, we will contact the manufacturer as to the next step. You will receive a refund for the shipping costs from us, or in some cases, a return postage label from the manufacturer. Each situation is different.
BACKORDER POLICY: Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is on backorder, we will contact you with further instructions.
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY: Please contact the package carrier (UPS or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
