AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING ORDERS FROM OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
AT THIS TIME, PLEASE DISREGARD: NOTE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS regarding payment options and shipping fees:
- PAYPAL is the only payment option for International Customers.
- When we receive your order, we will determine the additional shipping cost, and forward the information. After we receive the additional shipping fee, your order will be processed. You will not pay more than we pay to ship your order.
SHIPPING DETAILS: Most Items will ship within 5-25 days. Purses are hand-made and may take 4-6 weeks depending on time of year.
RETURN POLICY: You may return any item, you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund minus shipping fees and up to an 5% return processing fee. (This policy is not valid for damaged items.) Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
EXCHANGE POLICY: To exchange an item for another color, size, style, or item, please contact us. Generally speaking, you will return the item to us; and, once we receive the item, we will send you the exchange item. (This policy is not valid for damaged items.)
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN / EXCHANGE: Please contact us. At that point, we will contact the manufacturer as to the next step. You will receive a refund for the shipping costs from us, or in some cases, a return postage label from the manufacturer. Each situation is different.
BACKORDER POLICY: Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is on backorder, we will contact you with further instructions.
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY: Please contact the package carrier (UPS or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
