“I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful customer service. Some weeks ago I found a gun related item I was looking for on your website. I had first tried the big box Internet retailers and they were all out of stock for the item with anticipated "1-4 months" wait. I called you to confirm whether you had the item and was told by a very pleasant woman that you didn't, but if I would hold, you would call the manufacturer to see if they had it inventory. They did and the woman advised she would order it that day and that I would receive it in about three weeks. In fact, I received it in two weeks. WHAT SERVICE! These days we are all used to everything gun-related being on backorder, but it's great to find a retailer who goes the extra distance to get things promptly. Not only did I receive the ordered item, but you included a copy of the US Constitution (with which, as a retired lawyer, I am already familiar). Kudus on including a copy of the Constitution.
